Italian Lessons on iTunes - Someone else fashioned this list of free iTunes lessons. You will need the iTunes client to be able to download them.

LiveMocha - A social site that connects you with native speakers and fellow learners of an array of different languages. They have hours of free courses, which are graded by native speakers who also use the site for language learning purposes. Part of the coursework requires you to do pronunciation drills, so you will need a microphone.
